Wet wade the cool waters of the Big Fishlake Flats, stalking huge carp that when hooked in to, can tickle anyones fancy. The best times are from early June to Mid-August. If you haven't ever caught a big freshwater bonefish, then this is the place for you.

With ove 100 waters to fly fish in the area, something is always fishing well, from March right through to November. Whether it be wild rainbows or hard hitting fiesty browns, or something new like tiger trout or splake, with so many possibilities, it is always a good time to come.

These high mountain lakes are becoming better known, however, Wayne County is not on exactly on the beaten path to anywhere.
So a chance for real solitude is available as these quiet waters beckon you to walk their shores, and cast to a cruising cutthroat,
or try float tubing to access their trophy sized brook trout, where two to four pounders are taken every year.
